General Condition

The following terms and conditions - and the subsequent changes – are applied to all our services available online through any device PC, mobile e-mail or by phone. By accessing our website, using any of the applications available through any platform (hereafter referred to as "website"), and / or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below (including the Privacy Policy). These pages, their content, their structure and the online booking service provided and through this web site are the property of Cortona Tours & Driver and governed by the terms and conditions described here below.

• Service purpose
  Through this website we provide an online platform that allows users to select our tourist offers, contact us through the appropriate links or request forms present for a quote and complete the booking. In performing our services, we disclose information we were provided by third parties. Our services are available for personal use only and not commercial. Therefore, it is not allowed to resell, use, copy, insert deep-link, monitor (eg spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any type of business having a commercial or competitive purposes.
• Privacy
  Cortona Tours & Driver uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Unless required by law by the relevant jurisdiction, and except for the transmission to the tourist facilities of your name, your e-mail - whose purpose is to complete the reservation for selected services - not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent.
• Payments
  At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required . Balance at the end of the service.
• Cancellation Policy
  By making a booking with us, you accept and approve the following cancellation policy:
      
  • 50% of the amount withheld if the cancellation is received between 7 to 2 days before arrival
      
  • 100% of the amount withheld if the cancellation is received 1 day before the date of arrival or in case of no show.
  Reservations can be canceled up to 8 days from the date of scheduled services without penalty. For cancellations after that date, the fee will not be refunded.
• Reservation changes
  If you want to check, change or cancel your reservation, please access your e-mail confirmation and follow the instructions contained therein.
• Further Correspondence
  By making a booking with Cortona Tour & Driver , you consent to receive communications from Cortona Tours & Driver that will keep you informed about your booking and any news regarding your holiday.
• Disclaimer of responsibility
       Subject to the limitations and the details provided in the cases set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we will be liable only for direct damages actually suffered, paid or to which we will encounter is gone, due to a failure of our obligations in respect of the services that we should fulfill. Compensation may be up to the total cost of your reservation as set out in the e-mail confirmation (or for one event or series of connected events).
  Liability and General signed with Allianz Insurance in accordance with Art. Law No 13 of the Region of Tuscany. 16/94 and subsequent amendments and additions and with the ceilings established and approved by the Regional Council of Tuscany with resolution no. 5283 of 05.30.94 and L.R. 42/00.
